    Where activity comes from

    Compare where you used your QR codes or short links. Select a group to see the items behind its results.

    Understanding attribution

    Campaign access
    Campaigns group related marketing and require Grow to create or manage. Existing campaign information remains readable after Grow ends.
    Recorded associations
    Activity is grouped using the campaign, placement, location and design recorded with the interaction. One interaction appears once within each grouping; do not add different groupings together.
    A separate tracked address for each placement
    If you reuse the same tracked address without a distinct placement identifier, Graklink cannot infer which physical placement produced a scan. Set up separate tracked placements before distribution.
    What counts can establish
    Counts measure recorded scans or clicks, not people, sales or the number of people exposed to your marketing. A scan rate requires a valid exposure count.
    Placement context
    Names, quantities and costs describe the current saved setup. Activity stays attached to its recorded identifiers. Scans or clicks per placed unit use recorded quantity, not people who saw the material.

    Track includes placement, location and design comparisons. Campaign setup requires Grow.

    Placement types compare uses such as tables, windows or email.
