Who we are
SolidQR, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as Graklink, provides these services. These terms govern use of graklink.com, our dashboard, QR redirects on grakl.ink, short links on grak.link and hosted content on graklink.net. You must be able to form a contract and have authority to act for any business you represent. Questions or support requests: Contact us or email support@graklink.com.
Products and access
Link: a purchased dynamic QR code starts at $7.99 once and gives you an editable destination for the lifetime of the service, without a recurring charge or scan-volume charge. A permanent short link is $4.99 once; a landing page is $9.99 once. Optional addresses and QR artwork can add to the price. The builder and checkout show the total before payment. Standard colors and styles are not a separate paid customization purchase. Paid QR customization is purchased once per QR code; later design changes for that QR code do not incur that charge again.
Static QR codes: the basic generator is free and does not require an account. A static QR code encodes its destination directly. Its printed destination cannot be changed through Graklink, and Graklink does not record activity through that static pattern.
Included short links: qualifying product customers can create included short links without a per-link purchase. These have separate inactivity and editing rules. Without permanent ownership or an active applicable editing entitlement, their destination is fixed. An included, unpurchased link outside Grow can stop redirecting after 30 days without a recorded click, measured from creation if it has never received one. The warning process begins after 23 days of inactivity, and reclamation requires a warning to have been sent. A reclaimed link displays an inactivity notice and can be restored by its owner in the dashboard. Permanently owned links and Grow-created links, including frozen or paused Grow items, are excluded from this inactivity process. Reclaimed addresses are not reassigned to another customer. Signing in with an email address alone does not grant paid-product benefits.
Track: account analytics, audience estimates, comparisons, supported website outcomes, AI-assisted insights and reports. Grow: a capacity subscription for QR codes, short links and landing pages, with Track included, campaign management and supported experiments. Your selected capacity and current entitlements determine which actions are available. See Pricing for the current inclusions and separately priced options. New Google Analytics connections are currently paused pending Google review. Features that depend on that connection are not available through a new connection during this pause.
Subscriptions and trials
Track costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Grow starts at $19.99 per month for five slots of each supported product type. Its monthly subscription price is capped at $299.99; this is not a cap on all purchases, taxes or separately charged services. Annual pricing and any amount due for a plan change are shown before confirmation.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel in the dashboard's Billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not prorate an unused portion of that period, except where law requires otherwise. Review the effective date and item consequences before reducing Grow capacity.
The 30-day Track free trial starts only when an eligible customer activates it in the dashboard. An eligible owned QR code, permanent short link or landing page is required; prior trial or subscription use can make an account ineligible. Wait until your QR code is deployed or your link is shared if you want to measure activity during the trial. No credit card is required. The trial ends automatically and does not become a paid subscription. Buying a product or signing in does not start it. Grow already includes Track.
Track includes a weekly report for eligible reporting periods. Reports are not owed for periods before the reporting feature launches or before your entitlement begins, including subscription gaps. Additional on-demand reports have a separate confirmation and displayed price. A payment authorization may reserve funds; a failed or invalid generation does not become a completed report charge.
Grow slots and ownership
An item earns permanent ownership after 12 continuous calendar months in its Grow slot. This applies to QR codes, short links and landing pages. Releasing an unvested item ends that continuous vesting period; returning it to a slot starts a new period. Vesting does not automatically remove the item from its slot. Release it in Grow when you want to reuse that capacity.
You can buy out an eligible item early. The quote credits the completed fraction of its vesting period against that product's one-time base price. The remaining amount is rounded to cents; a remainder below $0.50 is waived. The dashboard and checkout show the quote before you confirm. A completed buyout frees the slot.
If an unvested item leaves a slot or your subscription ends, editing can freeze, but its existing redirect or last published page continues serving. Vested and purchased items retain their ownership. Rejoining an eligible plan or completing a buyout can restore editing, subject to the item's status. Grow includes standard personalized addresses and QR design entitlement; premium addresses and separately priced report purchases are not made free by a claim that Track is included.
The founding promise
A Graklink QR code never stops redirecting because of a billing event. Subscription cancellation or a missed subscription payment does not switch off a purchased QR code or a Grow-created redirect. Paid or vested ownership is for the lifetime of the service, not ownership of our domain or infrastructure. Our closure commitments below explain how redirects and destination editing continue if we wind down normal service.
That promise does not prevent deliberate retirement following a refund or account deletion, safety enforcement, valid legal or trademark action, or service outages. Nor does it guarantee that a third-party destination remains available. Included, unpurchased short links also retain their disclosed inactivity rules.
Refunds and deletion
One-time purchases have a 30-day money-back guarantee. This includes separately charged one-time products and add-ons; it is distinct from recurring subscription charges. Request a refund through the available dashboard action or contact Support within 30 days of the purchase. For buyouts, report purchases, upgrades or artwork without a self-service refund action, contact Support. The absence of an automatic refund button does not remove the guarantee. Eligible first refunds for lightly used QR codes can be processed automatically; heavier use, mixed purchases and other cases require review. A refund for an item disables that item and retires its address. For a buyout, upgrade, report or other add-on, Support will explain the affected ownership, access or configuration before processing the refund. Refunding an add-on does not by itself mean that every product in the account is refunded.
Account deletion is a separate action, not a refund request. Verified deletion disables your dynamic QR codes, short links and hosted content. It does not automatically refund purchases or unused subscription time. If you want a refund within the purchase window, request it before deleting the account. The normal deletion process offers a 14-day restoration window; immediate erasure has no undo. See Privacy for the process and retention exceptions.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer refund, cancellation or other statutory rights.
Your address on our domain
Addresses such as grakl.ink/yourname, grak.link/yourname and graklink.net/yourname are licensed for use with the corresponding service. Availability checks are not a completed purchase or a permanent reservation. An upgrade can retain the old QR address as an alias so existing prints continue to work.
We may reclaim an address for abuse, a valid trademark claim or a legal order. If this affects an address bought in good faith, we will work with you on a replacement. Addresses retired after account deletion, a refunded item or included-link reclamation are not resold to a different customer.
Your content and measurement
You retain rights to content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, screen and display it as needed to operate the services you request. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising uses or override the data-use limits in our Privacy policy. You must have the rights to your artwork, destination material and published pages. Public pages and downloads you share can be copied by recipients; removing them from Graklink cannot remove copies held elsewhere.
You are responsible for destination URLs, routing rules, campaign settings and notices on your own sites. Where your use collects visitor information, you must provide appropriate privacy information, establish a lawful basis and obtain any required consent. Do not send sensitive personal information, names, email addresses or payment details through tracking tags, experiment outcome fields or free-text analytics context.
Ordinary redirects do not show a measurement consent dialog. Optional measured experiments may use a customer-scoped browser identifier and signed destination receipt when the configured policy permits it. Where consent is required, identifier-based measurement is excluded unless valid consent is available. You may explicitly enable the supported dialog so the visitor can choose whether to allow measurement. Enabling the dialog is not the visitor's consent. The visitor reaches the destination whether they allow measurement or continue without it. Enabling a setting is not a certification that your use complies with every jurisdiction's law.
Analytics can be estimated, sampled, delayed or incomplete. Scans and clicks are not identified people or proof of sales. Connected website results show supported associations, not proof of causation. AI-assisted recommendations require judgment and do not guarantee revenue, legal compliance or a successful campaign. Exports contain their stated datasets and retained evidence, not an unlimited record of every visitor event.
Acceptable use
Do not use Graklink for phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful material, exploitation of minors, infringement or attempts to bypass access and safety controls. We screen destinations and uploads and act on reports. Screening can be pending or unavailable and cannot detect every threat. A flagged destination can show a safety notice instead of redirecting.
Report abuse or an incorrect safety decision through Contact. Include the affected address and enough information for review. We may restrict unlawful or unsafe content and comply with valid legal requests. These restrictions are separate from subscription billing.
Availability and continuity
Subject to our express commitments in these terms and your mandatory statutory rights, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the availability of a destination outside our control. Saved changes may take a short time to reach cached redirects. Test the final QR artwork and destination in the conditions where you intend to use them.
If we wind down the service, we commit to at least 12 months' notice and a migration path for active QR codes. Closing means we stop onboarding new customers and continue servicing existing customers for 12 months. We would keep grakl.ink and supporting domains hosted and accessible, with redirects and destination editing available after that service period. A closure plan would set out the dates and how the notice and service periods work together. This does not promise continued analytics, support or the full dashboard feature set after the service period, or guarantee against an unexpected outage. Read the Forever promise.
Legal terms
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Arkansas law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.
We post revisions here with an updated date. Material changes to what you bought do not apply retroactively to existing purchases. For material changes, we provide additional notice where required, explaining the change and when it takes effect. Where acceptance of revised terms is required, we will request it. Consent to a new use of personal information is a separate choice and will be requested before that use begins when required. A notice being delivered or your continued use does not by itself provide that privacy consent. Our Privacy policy explains our information practices.
