Graklink vs Flowcode
ON THIS PAGE
What is Flowcode?
Flowcode is a QR code platform built for enterprise marketing teams, and it says so itself: the pricing page leads with “trusted by over 75% of Fortune 500 companies” and two of its three plan panes end in a demo call.
Flowcode markets first-party data capture, CRM connections and retargeting to large brands. Those features are useful when a team wants to follow activity from a scan into its existing customer systems.
For a smaller business, the decision may be simpler: how many printed destinations need to stay editable, and what do you need to learn from their use?
Do Flowcodes expire?
No, and that makes Flowcode unusual in its category.
Their help center says even free-plan QR codes have unlimited scans and do not expire. The pricing table lists continued scanning on every tier. That is useful for a QR code on packaging that customers may keep for months.
The paid plan adds capacity, editing access and reporting.
What does a Flowcode subscription include?
More QR codes, landing pages, collaboration and a larger analytics allowance.
After a paid-plan downgrade, Flowcode says you retain editing access to your two most recent QR codes. Other retained QR codes continue to their last destination. You can still update content on a page you control; moving one of those QR codes to a different website requires editing access.
Imagine your booking provider closes while its link is printed on a salon window. The sign can stay in place if you can change the saved QR destination to the replacement calendar. This is the editing capability to compare before choosing a plan.
A client passing after closing can still choose an appointment from your window sign. Maintaining that route keeps a useful part of your service available between visits.
Flowcode’s cancellation page also refers to reactivating deleted QR codes. Confirm any deletion-specific situation with support before changing the plan.
What do the two actually cost?
| Flowcode | Graklink | |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 2 QR codes, ad free, analytics to 500 scans | free static QR codes |
| A dynamic QR code you keep editing | $25/mo billed annually ($300/yr, up to 50 QR codes) once you outgrow the free 2 | $7.99 once, per QR code |
| Editing after you stop paying | your 2 most recent QR codes only; the rest freeze where they point | no subscription required |
| Analytics | metered by plan: 500 scans free, 6,000 on their Pro Plus | scan counter included on every QR code |
| Canceling anything touches the QR code | canceling freezes editing beyond your 2 newest QR codes and shrinks analytics to 500 scans | never; no subscription required |
| Built for | enterprise data capture, CRM, retargeting | individual purchases |
Prices are July 2026, from their pricing page and ours. Above Pro Plus, Flowcode’s Growth tier is annual-only and the enterprise tiers are priced on a sales call, which tells you who those floors are built for.
Flowcode Pro Plus costs $300 a year and includes a larger bundle, so compare its 50-QR code capacity and collaboration features with what you will use.
Who should actually pick Flowcode?
Flowcode deserves a closer look if you need CRM connections, retargeting or a shared team workflow. Its free tier can also cover one or two dynamic QR codes.
Choose Graklink when you want to buy the QR codes individually and retain editing and basic counts without a subscription.
Common questions
Do Flowcodes expire?
Flowcode says QR codes do not expire and have unlimited scans, including on Free. After a downgrade, editing is limited to the two most recent QR codes. Other retained QR codes continue to their last destination.
What does Flowcode's free plan include?
Two dynamic QR codes, no ads and analytics for up to 500 scans. The QR codes themselves have unlimited scans. This can cover a small number of destinations if the reporting allowance suits you.
How much does Flowcode cost after the free tier?
The first paid rung is Pro Plus at $25 a month billed annually, so $300 a year, for up to 50 QR codes and analytics on up to 6,000 scans. Above that, the Growth tier is annual-only and the enterprise tiers are priced by sales call. Those are July 2026 numbers from their pricing page; re-check before relying on them.
What happens to Flowcodes when you cancel?
The help page says retained QR codes continue to their last destination and editing is limited to the two most recent QR codes. It also mentions reactivating deleted QR codes. Confirm the status of any deleted QR codes with Flowcode before canceling.
Is Graklink or Flowcode better for a small business?
Flowcode has CRM, audience-building and team features. Graklink sells each QR code individually, with destination editing, unlimited scans and basic counts.

- Flowcode pricing page
Checked September 15, 2026.
Raw page text. Free '$0 per month', 'Up to 2 Flowcodes', 'Analytics for up to 500 scans', 'Ad free'. Pro Plus '$25 per month / billed annually', 'Up to 50 Flowcodes & Landing Pages', 'Analytics for up to 6,000 scans', '3 collaboration seats'. Growth '$250' 'Annual only', 'Starts at 150 Flowcodes & Landing Pages'. Compare table row 'Lifetime scans': 'Always scan' in all three columns. Enterprise panes are demo-gated ('Book a demo'). Header: 'TRUSTED BY OVER 75% OF FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES'.
The Growth price unit (per month versus per year) is not stated on the page beyond 'Annual only', so this article deliberately asserts no Growth dollar figure.

- Flowcode help: What happens to my Flowcodes when I cancel?
If you downgrade to our Basic tier from a premium account, you will only retain access to the 2 most recent codes you made. / [Other codes] continue to scan and direct users to the destination you specified when creating or last modifying the Flowcode. / Should you wish to reactivate your codes that were deleted due to the cancellation, all you have to do is sign back up for the subscription you previously had.

Their own article is internally inconsistent: codes 'continue to scan' in one sentence and were 'deleted due to the cancellation' in another. This page presents that tension rather than resolving it in our favour.
