Pricing questions
Do I need Track or Grow?
No. A dynamic QR code or a permanent short link is a one-time purchase with no recurring plan charge. Track and Grow are optional extras, and your QR code keeps redirecting without them.
Is the static QR code really free?
Yes, with no account and no catch. It encodes your destination directly, so it does not depend on a Graklink redirect or account. The trade: you cannot change its destination through Graklink, and we cannot count its scans.
What is the difference between buying one and Grow?
Buying outright is $7.99 for a dynamic QR code or $4.99 for a permanent short link, once. Grow is capacity: choose a number from 5 up and get that many QR codes, short links and hosted landing pages, with Track included, plus custom design and standard names. Buy outright when you need one or two. Choose Grow when the number keeps changing.
Does Grow include Track?
Yes, entirely. A Grow customer does not also need Track.
What happens if I cancel Grow?
Your QR code keeps redirecting. An item that has been in a Grow slot for under 12 continuous months can freeze: its existing redirect or last published page keeps serving, and editing locks until you return or buy it out. An item that has been there for 12 months or more is yours, and its destination stays editable. The deeper Track analytics pause until you subscribe again.
Do vested items free their slots automatically?
No. After 12 continuous calendar months in a slot, an item is vested and stays yours without that slot. Release it in Grow when you want to reuse the slot.
Can I buy out an item early?
Yes. The quote credits the part of the 12-month vesting period already completed against the item’s base purchase price, and a completed buyout frees the slot. A remainder below $0.50 is waived, and the exact quote is shown before you confirm.
What happens past 500?
The monthly Grow price stops rising. It is capped at $299.99 a month, which does not cap taxes or separately charged services. The published schedule on this page shows the rate for each set, and past 500 of each the monthly price does not go up.
How does the trial work?
Activate your 30-day Track free trial inside your dashboard when you’re ready. We recommend publishing your QR code or sharing your short link first. No credit card is required, and the trial does not renew automatically. Continuing with paid Track requires choosing a subscription: $9.99/month or $99/year. One free trial per customer. Your QR codes, short links and free lifetime counts keep working when the trial ends.
